Considering buying a townhouse in an ideal location but just found out there is an on-going lawsuit with the builders by the HOA (HOA vs builder) for construction defects (cracks in ceilings have appeared in some homes). Is it worth the risk? I don't know how these things play out and even if the HOA wins, what the fix to it will be..any experiences/thoughts?

Split classes take away joy! We have 6-7 classes at each grade level and they split 1-2 into the remaining 5 so we can have a 5 day schedule. Big classes plus the classroom culture homeroom teachers work so hard to achieve are ruined. Advice? (Plus we are told to "not be negative" by admin.)

When you're still relatively junior (1-2 years) how much do grades matter when lateraling? Academics is a definite strength of my resume and with the market softening it would be nice to know it will still somewhat matter.
