I find myself having lots of free time at work even though I have been full-time on an engagement since I started. Is this normal?

What are everyone's new year resolutions? Mine are modest. Read 1 book a month and save an extra $200 a month.

I seriously hope none of my peers are participating in these absurd protests. I understand the need to protest when something unfair has happened and there's a tangible outcome but this isn't that.

Today I realized that 10% of my emails are newsletters/company wide emails and the other 90% are long game of back and forth emails with cleverly disguised 'fuck you's'

Country wide, everybody in my company is applying to the same bschool. Essentially same competitive pool. This will be fun.

Does anyone feel like this thread is a miserable contest where half the posts are just exaggerations by associates who want to feel more important than they actually are?

If an offer says 110 and 50 vested over 4 years , is that 110 + 12.5 per year for a total of 122.5? I feel like the offer was stated differently and made it seem like I was getting 160 lol

Have you joined a company with a lower title and did you regret it? Joined current company couple months ago after a two-year full time MBA, from a US top 10 business school. And I’m regretting it now.
