I find myself looking for a new role in agency / production company biz dev. I co-founded a creative production agency back in 2010. Grew it to a staff of 80 FTE, creating strategic content-driven campaigns for brands, tv networks, streamers, platforms, publishers etc. We developed and produced original TV as well. Around 2016 we positioned the company for sale and then sold in Jan 2019. After going over to the acquirer in 2020, I’m now free for the first time in a long time. What to do?

Man that’s quite a list of credentials. Ever think of consulting? Working with smaller agencies on developing biz dev pipelines? Just a thought.

I’m not sure on how they charge. My guess would be some initial fee and a percentage of growth in year one or something.
