Speed drills. That time is leaking somewhere. You can improve that concentration. I have the same issue. Also if you have depression you need to address the drag it creates. Poor concentration is a side effect of that too.
Yes. What you do is set a timer in your iPhone or any timer and say “I will do X task in Y time.” Did you meet the target or no? Where did it leak? Do this iteratively until you meet your goals without compromising too much on time. Or understand why you took so much longer and miss the mark so you can mitigate for it.
Alternatively you can elect to perform a repetitive task in Y time then decrease the time and streamline. This method does a disservice because you are faster by virtue of scale usually.
