Same here reg attention span, I'm not even using 1 hr a day productively mostly
Try deleting the apps for some days from your phone which you spend most of your day on
I think it's increased stress with the pandemic, plus a focus on immediate gratification instead of having to wait for any information ever. We have no need to hold on to things because the answers are always at our fingertips. Just a thought.
Right .. that's what I also think
I am not able to focus on anything...don't know what's happening...wfh is like burden now
Totally understand it 🙁
Make little goals like
Watch mobile only for 30 mins a day
Work only for 6 hrs a day
Exercise daily and go out
Sure , I'll give it a try 😄

Reduce your screen time, specially on mobile.
U r correct .. trying very hard but somehow I remember something and start using it again 😥
facing same issue...i have been a hard worker and high performer for almost 4 years in my job..but from last year my attention to details is gone..i dont know if its because i am saturated in the technology or something else....i use insta a lot...but on somedays when i am occupied in work still i feel same that i am not able to solve everything as fast as i used to....i deleted insta for 5 7 days and cracked a interview after that i have resumed again in the hope that now i dont have to worry about anything i will work efficiently in NP, but its still same
Did the same here bro....whenever there is important interview i delete insta, snapchat and twitter then I reinstall again after interview 😅..
Only thing we should be proud of is atleast we have the motivation even though we don't work as much as we want....motivation pushes us at least a step further..... like deleting unnecessary apps😂✌☮
As I got older this happened to me. Turns out I have had ADD my whole life LOL.

No bro, it's not a disease, it's just a deflection from typical. It can be controlled to a certain degree. Usually it should be diagnosed in the childhood and then treated accordingly but in India there's no awareness regarding such diagnosis be it ADHD,ADD, autism or dyslexia. If ADD is treated in childhood then there's a high probability of it not carrying to your adult years, but undiagnosed ADD can run life long. And it impacts more than your attention, your whole personality is governed by ADD. It's a bitch but you gotta live with it.
You know these pills people take for performance improvement in industries like IB, stock market like modafinil, addreall etc, our brain starts working like a normal person after taking them.
