I forgot that I have 95k in a HYSA (0.50%).. should I invest if, move it to a 9 month CD (0.65%) or keep it in there? I don’t foresee using this money anytime in the next year.

I have about 70k invested and my portfolio is kind of random (majority in S&P, VOO, then a few shares in different companies.. I usually just put money in and don’t sell).

I have so many things that I want in a house. Open layout, high ceiling, nice view from the backyard, prestigious neighborhood… one thing that I surprised myself with is that I want a house in a prestigious neighborhood, even though what I can afford is the entry-point price in this neighborhood. Am I being irrational?

Does anyone have experience with a prenup/postnup? I have been wanting to get a postnuptial because I did not think about these things when I got married. We make the same salary, have separate accounts, but I have been building my wealth and working hard at saving my money while he has a mountain of debt and doesn’t save. It scares me to think if anything happens, he could just take half of my assets.

My boyfriend and I make 200K combined and live in NJ. We have $1000 in monthly car payments combined. That’s all we owe. Our credit scores are in the 800s. We have 50K to put down on a home. Well.. went to tour few homes around Portland,OR. 700-800k for four bed and decent construction. At this rate we are never gonna own a home. When will prices stabilize? These exact homes were around 450-500k last year 🥺
