I found out last week that I had gotten my promotion. I was asked to wrap up on all my projects for the next person no later then this week. I did ask before I wrap up if someone from HR could reach out with compensation. I heard back and found out that I will not get my merit but it’s going to be a .80 cent raise. I feel really offended because I worked hard for this and increased their audit scores up by 40% in the last year. Should I run? I did negotiate but I don’t think it’s worth it.
