I got through all the rounds of interviews (including 2 technical panels) at CrowdStrike before being assured that I was nearing the end of the process and was expected to receive an offer soon… almost two weeks ago now? Anyone else experienced this kind of delay from CS or similarly sized organizations? Did I get ghosted? Anything more I should be doing?

Depends on your level, but if you're analyst/consultant or senior and already feeling like a rockstar - how much growth can you expect? Maybe it's time for something more challenging for you
How to confirm it: when people are asking/begging you to join their projects, When you are asked to mentor/reach junior team members, when people in your network reach out and ask you your opinion or expertise - started happening with me 1.5-2 years in
I'm an experienced associate (1.5 years out). I still feel like I have a lot to learn though. Sometimes it's frustrating working with certain people because they have hierarchy but at the same time, I feel like I get a lot of privilege by being a rockstar - importance given to my project preferences, relatively easy access to partners, relatively greater leniency when it comes to vacation, etc.
Oh... In that case just continue to be a rockstar and take advantage of the reputation you've earned to get what you want (projects, perks, raise, promotion). Also- build a brand. People higher up should be able to say "X is a rockstar generally, and specifically good at Y and Z"
If you feel like a rock star but don't realize you still have a ton to grow, you're an idiot and you're getting in your own way. Ive been a rock star practically my entire career getting the best rating almost every year but I know very well how much I've grown and can grow every year I'm in consulting. So stop looking at yourself as a rock star and thinking you're entitled to something and start thinking about how you need to grow to get to the next level.
Lol what a guy. Read my first comment dude - that was the first thing I mentioned.
I know the feeling. Time to get a better job.
