Any1 else struggle to fall asleep after an evening pump session? I try to limit my preworkout & just use whey protien after. Regardless, body still feels wired when trying to fall asleep. Any tips?
New consultants(1-2 yoe). What’s your impression of the field so far? How many of you actually enjoy this and how many of you regret coming into this industry. Just curious as this field is so glorified in school and during recruitment.
