I get mad when I call my health insurance company to ask a question and some customer service rep starts looking at my file and reminding me of annual exams I need. What about HIPAA? It is no one else’s right to know what tests or exams I choose to have or not have! I don’t have to explain myself to anyone. I also just got an email reminder from Anthem about the same thing but that is not as bad as being questioned by a live person who has no right being in my business!
