Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY

I got J&J in early March, lol I had a coworker ask me if I was ok yesterday....? It’s been over a month I’m fine 😂
I think it’s because of all of the hysteria about J&J which is a whole other thing
You’ll be perfectly fine to go to the gym the same evening.
I’d recommend holding off. The last thing you want is for your gym session to make the body aches that much worse.

You should be fine the same day. Make sure to hydrate, don’t overdo it, and eat lightly after your workout and you should be ok (meaning, you won’t make any side effects any worse than they would be otherwise).
Day after was hell for me.
I think it depends on the person. Some feel nothing, others feel a bit of things. Hard to predict a persons response.
Day after I felt aching all over my body
Got it yesterday and I’m fine. Just a little sore where the needle was injected.
