I know it sounds silly. But before you start, just take a deep breath..and don’t talk so fast. The ppl on the otherside are just people

It will get easier with more practice, and you'll have less physical reactions the more you do them. Try and control your breathing, and relax. Slow down. Sometimes its hard to control the adrenaline (that causes some of the breathlessness) but it really does get better the more you do them. Good luck!
I am the same. Pausing is really important. What works for me is, I stop after every slide or atleast where feasible to let the audience digest what I just said or I ask if they have questions and pause a few seconds before jumping to the next slide.
Remember that it's okay to pause for a moment and inhale mid-sentence. Remember that you're probably talking more quickly than you think, and forcing yourself to say each word a little bit more slowly will make it easier for you to breathe and for people to understand you.
I always did this when I was younger and I think finding the confidence that you deserve to own the room / stage in that moment is a massive boost

Toastmasters.
I agree with this. Look into a Toastmasters near you, they will help teach you some tricks and the main benefit for you will be continue practice, practice, and more practice.
It’s perfectly fine to not enjoy giving presentations but the more practice you have the more you will be able to control your anxiety.
Let all the air out of your lungs before you start speaking.
3-4 big deep breaths before you start. It sends oxygen to your body and clams you down.
Haha, “calms” you down.
If your using slides try to catch you breath between the slides. Use larger size fonts to limit material you speak about in each slide
A few things I remind myself before presenting:
You are the expert. Only you have the information they’re looking for because you’re the one who did the research and work to find it. Be confident in this fact.
It’s literally just a conversation. We don’t want to be too informal, but we are colleagues and we have the same end goal: to deliver something valuable. I actually think WFH made this so much better because before, we would crowd into a tiny office and speak into a faceless phone, but now we have video and I can look at my clients and feel like I’m just having a convo/discussion rather than a presentation.
