I had my first screening call with the hiring manager, mostly all behavioral questions so hard to tell the result. The one area I felt I could probably brush up on is program management as my current industry is Pharma and tech industries are different. So any advice on program management interview guidance would be helpful. I have 18 yoe but still quite stressed about it.

I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. I just recently got an offer from a smaller AI company for 95k that I plan to accept. I’m happy to make the jump, I just don’t know how my manager/coworkers will react when I tell them I’m leaving.

I Received a first offer from Deloitte 2 weeks ago that I countered and they accepted to raise it.
The recruiter in charge of my case was on holidays and he came back to work last week.
Sent him two emails asking when I should expect the new set of documents, but no reply until today.
Is this normal? Does a new offer necessarily have to go through the same steps as the first one ? Because I waited 10 days between the verbal offer and the written one for the first time.

In order to bring me on, they offered to create my office at their current office space in my city (currently only used to meet clients) and hire a paralegal to be with me. + 5 JB(For 2 years) and +11 RSU.
Technically 0% hike.

HR told me numbers on call but never sent estiamtes (been 1 week)
When I followed up she said she is taking approvals.

She is taking approvals on the salary I didn't agree to.
I messaged her to know structure but no revert.
