Yup. You'll learn to count to 10 in a year or so.
Don't worry, when you're a senior that will change. 😉
@PWC1 But really?
^ staffers cry in public forums and ask not talk back. Get a life😂
I have $4. Can't wait for that direct deposit to come in.
Staff always acts poor and they stay poor mentally.
^AS... you don't know us. Don't talk to us. Bye
That's honestly how I feel op. I make 33% more base than I did as a staff and my habits have only marginally changed.
@PWC1 How many years in are you? I hope to make senior this year and will be only 10-15% up from my base pay. 😑
This is my 4th year at Pwc (I.e. First year senior here).
@PWC1 Damn I need to switch firms
You'll get there, started at 51k and at 73k now with a raise in a few weeks :) been here for 4 years and had 3 raises and about to get my 4th raise :)
@Deloitte1 jeez averaging 13% raises that's impressive!
@BT1 what are the typical raises at BT?
Yeah I have been pretty lucky and they recognize the fact that I put forth effort and try to learn, I try to never have anyone show me how to do something twice :)
Started at 50K base and now I'm 83k after 4 years
I started in accounting industry 5 or 6 years ago as an intern at grant Thornton making 50k. I am now a manager making 120k...think that is good enough improvement?
