I got 2 offers , one from Capegemini for Manager and CTC offered is 25.6 lakh, 2 lakh variable included and other is from Xavient Digital ( Telus International) for Team Lead which is offering 26 lakh ( all fixed).

Currently I am one year out of school starting at around $26/HR with my on call pay being $2.75 an hour (we doing it weekly at my hospital) and we average around 100 hour of on call so it’s close to $300 per on call week.

Is strong academic background a criteria to get a lateral job in Accenture strategy? I have strong supply chain planning background (4yrs) and belong to a tier 1 Bschool in Delhi 22batch. I just finished my 1st year in my role. I converted in this position after an internship. I’m not happy with my pay. I make 57k now but I’m a top performer. I just found out that I am no longer eligible for any of the income driven repayment plans and my monthly federal loan payment is increasing to $1400 a month and will increase on a yearly basis up to $2400. That is my cheapest option. However, if I refinance with a private lender to a lower interest rate, it will be $2k a month for 15 years and I’ll save like $120k in interest over the life of the loan. Has anyone refinanced their fed loans with a private lender? Should I do it?
