40% Hike translates to new compensation around 25LPA (+/-1 L).

I don't see why you are not ready to consider this over the 5L retention (give 30% to tax man) that too with 18 months bond.
Remember, if for once the thought of moving to new firm crosses your mind, you would be shelling out 5L from your pocket (that tax deducted above? Pay that as well!! Of course you can claim in return but that FnF will be unforgettable)

However, if they can give you in writing that you will be promoted next year for sure. Then it is worth considering deal.

This is just my opinion if I was in your shoes.
But it certainly depends on your stakes. If you have a healthy relationship with leadership, very fine outlook of career growth and learning opportunities for at least next 3 years, then Deloitte is no less.

Let me know your thoughts.

I suggest move on.. All the people who Switched from Deloitte to these companys are not fools..

Being worked at all these three companies I can suggest you something from my experience. The 40% hike you are getting in cts will be normalized over the course of next 2-3 years, you will realize after say 3 years you might find your salary is less than what could have been in Deloitte.
Capgemini used to be better but I am not sure about how it is these days. But if you have to choose, choose between Deloitte and Capg.

I recently promoted to SCON(june2021). So considering average 10% hike, it will be 3 years to equal 40%.

Please keep some brand standards.
CTS and CG, really? Money isn't always everything. At any given point in time, there's always some company in the market ready to pay you more than your current company.

I suggest you to remain in Deloitte, leverage what you've built and grow out here.

See CTS is not that good brand, but NO GAURANTEE DELOITTE WILL GIVE YOU GOOD HIKE NEXT YEAR. They an just give u good rating, but how ratings are translated in salary its hr problem, bussiness does not take care of it. Dont expect anything more then 15% hike in next year promotion.
MAIN problem is u dont have good offer in hand. You can accept cts offer and try searching job outside.

At senior consultant level 5L bonus would be around 20% of your salary. Which is 1 time to retain you. And may take 2-3 years to reach 40% hike. Moreover if you have PwC offer, you should seriously consider that.

No doubt Deloitte is very good brand. I worked there for 3 years and left due to no hike during pandemic situation. But they learnt the lesson as many people started leaving. So Deloitte gave a bumper hike 40-50 average and 200%+ bonuses. So consider all the points and make a better decisions.

like

It's not worth leaving Deloitte for CTS or CG. I am also serving notice period in Deloitte and they offered me 15% hike + 3L bonus with 18 months bond. I rejected because I have offer of 60% from a good product company. I will say look for other companies while you are in notice and don't fall for trap of good hike in next year, with Deloitte spending so much on new joiners it's highly unlikely that next year hike will be good.

Pwc india for time being not bad option, its definitely better then cts

CTS is experiencing 3 times the attrition what Deloitte is currently and CG gives 5% hike to top performers. Both are a big no no compared to Deloitte. Also being SAP MM you are working for global clients in USI . In CTS the hiring is project specific so ur salaary is restricted to the project budget. keep that in mind. in my suggestion both are no good for you

like

5Lac retention bonus with 18months bond is not worth. Top rating is not always equal to good hike.
I would suggest you to keep looking while you are in notice period and select the best of what you got.

like

5L bonus is one time, 40% hike is permanent increment in your CTC. Definitely Deloitte is a good brand but Deloitte is not the only brand. If I were you, I would take it & later point of time consider coming back to Big4. Moreover, CapG & CTC also has onsite opportunities far more than Deloitte.

Capgemeni and CTS no way , they won't help you in long run as much as can Deloitte.
But if you have any other plans and hate your current role and work in D so much , then better go, otherwise don't.

I am mapped to a support project in D and they are not releasing me from 2 years. 😞
