I got here through short courses and some books and articles and faking it till I made it. I am thinking to take a proper PD course now that I can afford it, if not to learn something new, then to affirm what I already know.

Help! I moved into a new apt building in November. rent here is about 3k but avg rent in this area is way less. There’s been many things I’ve noticed AFTER moving in but the one thing that I can’t get over is the people who live above me. I HEAR their music at 7 am.
