I recently received a job offer for a Consulting position at SAS Institute but my spouse received a job in a different state. His position is less flexible in moving than mine will be. When is an appropriate time to bring up relocation/remote work and how should I approach this situation?

Final round interviewing at Zoom…
Was surprised the internal recruiter mentioned I’m required to work PST hours regardless of location.
Kind of weird coming from a product that prides itself on empowering remote collaboration.

It guarantees a recruiter will look at your application. You will also hear back if you’re unsuccessful. But it only goes so far, I did not get in even with a strong referral. But it will definitely help! Good luck :)
Ah yeah, got ya! Yes, I completely agree with what you are saying. I already avoid it, but thanks for the tip!
Congrats OP! It means they'll give you some extra attention, hope you get it!
Well, you're the only one with your email so you're def going to be at least in a different pile
It really does get put into a different pile and it really does help. Good luck!
