I got a job referral at Meta. The person working at Meta asked me only for my email. Do they really spend more time on internal referrals for candidates?

Howdy…I need a sanity check! As part of my previous role, I reported security non-compliance and gross security misrepresentations. For my valiant efforts I was laid off (despite being a protected whistleblower) and my reports were buried. Everything I did was in line with my responsibilities. I was extremely concerned that systems housing personal credit data on all US consumers were not adequately protected. I essentially risked my job to protect data and I’m not sure if it mattered.

Sooo, I get really tired by like 7 or 8pm. Like no energy to do anything. But I do want to work for a couple hours at night after kids go to bed but I'm just unable to get that energy/focus.
Any advice on this? I can't drink caffeine as I'm extremely sensitive, so I just drink matcha in the morning and that's it. I also run around the house always doing chores, kids, etc. I feel guilty about not putting in those extra couple hours, which translates to dissatisfaction with my work dedication

Meta IC5 Network Engineer compensation question:

Aside from what is readily available on Levels, Blind, and Glassdoor... does anyone here have some insight as to the bands for IC5 Network Engineers? (Infrastructure, not SWE related). What should I be expecting to get max for base, RSUs and sign-on bonus? I am in South Florida, so not HCOL but maybe MCOL.
