Have +5 years of experience working with health/biomed data and about to finish a grad program in May. Several recruiters from other industries have been reaching out to me for data roles (Expedia, Spotify, etc). But for some reason the recruiters in health analytics have not or do not get back to me when I reach out. My LinkedIn and Handshake make it clear I'm into health analytics. Any advice on how to improve my chances with the right industry?

Really burning out from everything. I’m back after maternity leave and my full time schedule just kicked in. Baby girl just turned 5 months and is at home with family. Oldest in preschool. I just can’t do it all. I can work 8 hours sure but I mean I’m going 9-5, back on for a half hour 530-6, back off until 8. In my “down time” I am breastfeeding or having dinner with family then going through the entire childcare routine. I get everyone ready in the AM. I do drop off and pick up. I can’t breath
Anyone have experience lateraling from Insurance Defense to L&E early in their career? Class of ‘22 thinking about sending out applications.
Technically, if you are rich enough, isn’t self-insurance the best option? Insurance companies have to make money by taking in more in premiums than paying out in claims, so on average the customer is losing money and has a negative (albeit stable) NPV on their insurance money. But if you had enough money to tolerate the risk of a unexpectedly high expense, wouldn’t it be better to not pay for the insurance?
I’m considering a certification in Lean Six Sigma. I’ve been a physical therapist for the last 10+ years and am looking to advance my career possibly into healthcare informatics or management. Is a Lean Six Sigma worth it?

Does anyone here have any advice on answering interview questions (behavioral) for a health solutions analyst intern??
In the past I would use Brightscope to search companies 401k ratings. They have since been acquired by ISS and they no longer offer this information publicly. I am interested in seeing details about your company.
(1) 401k plan provider
(2) company match
(3) option to purchase additional PTO
For example, at my company GDIT
(2) 100% match up to 3% of your salary, then 50% match for the next 3%, making a total of 4.5% of your salary
(3) yes, up to 40 additional hrs

What are y’all’s thoughts on maxing Roth 401k and other retirement accounts vs investing in low cost index funds? How do you assure yourself that your baby (7 months) is crying at night for reasons that can be helped by sleepy training and not pain or illness? My daughter cries bloody murder, like she’s in horrible pain or something, several times a night. There’s no “always” solution: sometimes she settles with a bottle, sometimes with cuddles, sometimes a diaper change, etc. I’m just at loss, especially as she is perfectly fine and happy during the day.

I’m in a job that I’ve been in for a long time but am in a unique situation where I will need to relocate and either find another job at my company or take a package and find a job elsewhere. I would probably make more money staying at my company but feel like I’ve gotten too comfortable because I either feel unqualified or underwhelmed reading pretty much any job posting (and maybe I’m suffering from a bit of corporate burnout). Any thoughts or advice?
Can anyone give me an example of technical requirements for an implementation project? It's not the first time I'm doing an implementation but I have never had to do the tech requirements so I'm wondering if they are even applicable for a packaged solution...

Folks who’ve left ClearView, how is life on the other side, and how long did you stay before you jumped ship? It’s a week where I’m burning, and the fact that I feel so isolated during it makes me want to quit consulting altogether. Would also like to talk to some of you if possible.
