November!!! Why so late? Technically your next pay increase will be Dec23 then! It is a great firm no doubt and culture wlb is really great but you shld get clarity from your recruiter on pay rise or atleast get good signing/joining bonus. And their last “restructuring” was a lot related to internal org change in Jan 2020 - that’s what I heard from my former lead. Best wishes

They wanted me to join earlier but I got a contract to finish my current project which lasts till 11/22. My problem is I can decline the contract within 2 weeks so to accepted it. But I need to tell my current employee that I leave 3 months in advance. So I need to decide very soon if I take the new position and then there is no go back…

OP.. I’m a former acn hr. I will definitely recommend ACN to anyone if they ask my opinion however with your statement on comp, I would definitely want you to ask your recruiter - like double check when is your next pay increase gonna happen and take decision accordingly. ACN as an organization doesn’t lay off staff that easily - the usual rechurning is always there. Also, there was a huge org structure in Jan 2020 and many people that were let go, was a result of that plus pandemic. If your current role is contract basis then why wouldn’t you want a full time role with benefits etc.
my suggestion- get clarity on comp and on your bonus with recruiter try to take a max hike possible and join ACN.

The pay is completely fine. It’s a nearly 30% + bonus. My current employee just matched it this months because I want to leave. For my age (25) in Germany I’m with bonus at 90k+ which is really fine. The problem is just that I’m scared to join ACN and get layed off after a few months due ti recession…

Thanks for the response. I’m which area are you? I’m heading for SWE in Germany.

I interviewed for a job at a new company, and the role would be a huge pivot for me. When asked, I gave the absolute minimum I would be willing to accept (my current salary) since I have no experience in the area. The company came back and offered an interview for a different role, much closer to the job I currently do. Is there any way to salvage the salary negotiation if I’ve already given them a low number for the original job I applied for? I’d like to negotiate a raise if I’m not pivoting

I have my 3 year review coming up. I want to ask for a raise. I had a small raise at year 1, but not one since. I am relied on heavily and take on more tasks that the other customer service reps in my area. I currently make $52/year and work from home, but do not have any benefits. It’s not bad, but I feel like I am worth more - especially since we are paying for own healthcare/retirement etc. What do I ask for? How? I know what I bring to the table but I’m on the fence about asking.

Have you ever discussed your salary with your team mates? We have recently done that with some members of our team and discovered that there is no actual conversation on salary (or bands) amongst the agency

This would be so useful to know when you discuss pay raise...

Upcoming Deloitte GPS pay raise and bonus?

Coming up on my first annual review at my job making $40k annual, & I’ve been going above & beyond my job expectations & requirements since I’ve started (partially because it’s been requested & partially because I’ve wanted to show ambition/wanted to). I’m hoping for a title bump & a raise but bare minimum I think I’ve earned a raise. What’s a reasonable amount to ask for or expect?

Some background, I have 2 total years assistant experience, and this was a good year financially for the company

Need some advice on timing of pregnancy. I’m 30 and currently a S1. Should I start trying next year or the year after. Next year would be S2-S3, less stressful than S3-M1 I guess. But say if I get pregnant spring next year and have a baby end of next year and take maternity leave until summer 2024, sounds like I will miss the promotion for manager. I worked in private accounting for 5 years before D and was brought in at A2. I really don’t want any delay in promotion😭
