I work in a midsize firm and we have the basic subscription to westlaw, which doesn’t include the ability to see filed briefs, motions, etc without incurring additional costs. I’m wondering if there is a service in the NJ/PA area that gives you access to previously filed motions and briefs? So if I’m drafting a summary judgment I could search the service and find a similar one. If this doesn’t exist.. I think I found the next million dollar idea lol

A serious question and need your help. I rented a parking spot from someone and it was agreed that there would be no car that would be parked in my spot. We have a signed agreement as well. There was a breach and when I arrived, the spot was occupied and I kinda let it go but the owner of the spot is really causing issues and threatening to cancel the spot. Does anyone ever feel like no one cares about what you're talking about? I'm an introvert and I barely talk, so when I actually do I feel like people don't necessarily care.
