Anyone else have major issues searching for federal district court-level opinions? I feel like at least once a month I’m being asked to find opinions authored by x judge (or even just in x district) on y issue, and I almost never find anything. If it doesn’t come up in Westlaw, I usually go to Bloomberg and use the court opinion and dockets search features. We have ALL the resources and a library staff and yet still almost every time I come up with NOTHING. It’s seriously giving me brain damage.
