After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Is your assumption that there is a linear increase in comp proportional to firm size?
I don’t really have a go to assumption other than the larger companies will likely have higher compensation packages. It’s easier to get comp data from levels website for large companies like FAANG and I want to scale the ranges there to the scale of company I have an offer from so I know negotiation opportunity
size has no correlation with pay. Really well funded startups can beat Amazon/Spotify offer easily. Just go to levels.fyi and play around to get an idea

I think this is your best answer. You can get a sense from levels.fyi and you're unlikely to get anything more focused than that. Size isn't what drives comp differences. Trying to find what the level actually maps to at other firms should give you the best estimate. There will be a range, but it's a decent starting point.
Are you having a specific difficulty at levels.fyi?

Some mids will pay more than the large ones. Would say roughly 25-50% difference but highly depends on what you’re comparing.
Yeah it’s a hard comparison to make which is why I’m trying to do it at the TC side since stock increases can be very different. Any sense on base differences?

I think I remember you asking about this the other day in another way, and seems like you’re trying to find some mathematical correlation to get FAANG compensation at this electronics company. Am I accurate? The offer I saw was around 120k TC for 2/3 YOE
