I got a Product Manager offer from an established consumer tech company (~2B market cap). What I’m trying to determine is, all else equal (location, YOE, responsibilities, etc) what is the % difference in TC between a PM role at a “smaller” tech company (like GoPro) vs a mid level one (like Spotify) vs a large one (like FAANG)? If we arbitrarily call TC 100k at the small end what’s the proportional TC at the mid and larger sized companies? I recognize growth plays in, but want a general sense

I think I am slipping into depression. My life seems to have no meaning and all I do is work. I don't get time for myself or my family, friends and loved ones. But I can't leave my job and take a break as I need the financial support.

There’s a gap in terms or compensation for the jobs I’m being approached for. These jobs offer the same compensation I’m at or slightly higher (5-7%). This is demotivating and I honestly don’t know what to do. I don’t make an awful lot (105K in NYC) and I’m looking for a 20-30% bump in terms of compensation. Am I crazy here?
