I got a promotion recently to Production Planner
During interviews I was asked my minimum salary I would accept, and that was eventually the amount I was offered. I accepted because of the amount of experience I will get in this role.

I have 2 questions, how do I handle that question in the future, and what do I do at this point? I accepted but feel that my next raise will just be what I should have gotten to start with. Payband is 60-75k.

Has anyone gotten a paid take home design assignment for the interview process? If so, how much were you paid? Is there an industry standard?

As part of interview process for a Quality Program manager at Amazon, I have been asked to provide my salary expectation(specifically provide a number or range). The job location is Bellevue. Unlike sceeening questions for previous roles, it has no mention of willingness to relocate.
Is Amazon flexible to allow work from home in another location for most jobs? The role I’m screened is for the worldwide operations team.

I’ve been a general manager for a convenience store for almost 2 years now. I have raised profit after variable expenses by 13% compared to last year, and exceeding budgets in almost every category except for turnover. I got an 11% raise last year, but still only make $55k. My store profits about 17k a month on inside sales, and 160k a month in fuel. I think I deserve more, but I don’t know how to ask for it, and don’t know how to begin a job search aside from indeed. I’m in the final rounds of my interview process for a NYC Hedge fund, non tech role. The recruiter mentioned the compensation package is bonus heavy which can be multiples of base salary. Though they will guarantee a full bonus (sign on + year end) for my first year. 300k target

My current role/company is salary focused so I’m out of my element negotiating the bonuses.

Got an offer for Atlassian Canada - senior product manager. Initial offer is 160k base +15% annual bonus (24k) + 20k sign on bonus. RSU is 220k USD payable over next 4 years. There's no RRSP match (401k match equivalent). Considering its Atlassian, and current market rate, I think base is low. I would like it to be bumped upto to 180k. The recruiter earlier said the top of the pay range is 165k, which I feel is not really top but maybe median? Help me negotiate please; historically suck at it.
