I got a raise today, but I feel like I'm still underpaid for my position. But my feeling won't do much to help me negotiate. Are they any good sites to see salaries for Product Designers? I know about Levels.fyi and Glassdoor, but I would like more data if possible.

The unfortunate reality that I’ve come to realize is that if you work for a small company you typically have a lot of bargaining power but little capacity to barter against - as small organizations can rarely match the “industry standards” you might find on sites like Glassdoor even if they really want to retain you. In a large company, it’s just the opposite. You have very little negotiating power as the compensation structures are mostly fixed and large companies have the appeal and resources to more easily replace you.
This being said, I highly recommend you determine your own personal salary standard and have a blunt conversation with your up-line about how and if you will be able to get there.
Your personal mastery of your chosen discipline is your equity (with your assets being what you’ve mastered and your liabilities being what you’ve yet to master). If you believe you have high equity in your industry and are receiving less than your “market value” then it may be time to shop around for an employer willing to meet that. On the other end, if you’ve still got a long road of mastery ahead of you it might be smart to work out a growth plan with your employer. This is usually a win win as you are increasing your “equity” by learning new skills (could include paid certification or training by the company) and actively working towards the salary you desire while the company gets a higher talent employee.
I’ve had tremendous success so far in my career just by opening up blunt discussions about what will make me successful (by my employer’s standards) and by laying out my compensation goals with clear paths and milestones.

You can negotiate a raise. You don't have to just accept what they give you.
