I sent it, along with an acknowledgment that this weekend I got a speeding ticket and asked if they needed any documentation. Was this the right way to go? Should I have disclosed this?

How would you reply to recruiters who ask you what other positions are you interested in when you are interviewing with them? Do you only state you're interested in the position you applied for, do you show interest in exploring other opportunities, do you let the recruiter know whatever role they believe you would fit best? In Nov. I signed a 2yr contract to be a Data Entry Specialist once I started in April they changed the job title to Date Analyst. The salary is based on job title and average for it in my state. How do I go about bringing this up and a salary change to match?

I don't think I have ever felt so stupid before. My firm recently hired someone who was barred in 2021. I was barred 2019. I took it as I was senior to him and tried to mentor him.
