What’s tech sales salary like in the UK?
I was contacted by an Amazon recruiter for a remote Sr. Program Manager role. I took and passed the assessment and was moved to the hiring manager round which was scheduled for tomorrow. I got an email tonight saying that the Director of the group decided that the person must be in Seattle. I am in Austin, which is not an option. I’m disappointed! The recruiter will let me know if any remote roles come up but in the mean time, does anyone have any remote Amazon roles that they’d refer me to?

Which company would you join?
I currently work in Sales with the intention of moving over to marketing in the near future. I received two offers for BDR/SDR roles from Sprout Social and Gong. Both salaries are around the same (Gong - base 63k + anticipated $25k in commission, Sprout - 55k base + anticipated $25k in commission).
I like both companies’ software and it extremely hard to decide which position will get me into marketing faster as it is not a traditional BDR path to take.
Help!
Sounds about right

My salary is less it seems considering the role 7.5 lacs. I am 4.5 years experience so please let me know what is the average salary and how much it can go up to. They are cross skilling me with change and problem management too
It gives you a good base in stakeholder management as foundation. Need to be prepared to be on call. After you get experience you can move to crisis management and down the lane will be great on resume. Do consider if you like that role
whats is your current role?
Yes ,you have scope in service management roles for certain period but later point of your career it's difficult to grow and match your payscale with market standards as it's non technical role and more you experienced but you will be same role.
My suggestion for you to take this promotion and upskill yourself and change the role into project mgmt and managerial roles
Best of luck
