Its base is 15L, and I'll be getting 124800 in-hand.

I have 3.5 yoe in typescript/react/NEXTjs fullstack. Out of which only 10 months are on a full time role, rest of time was freelancing.
I am also an open source contributor for some NEXTjs related tooling.

Is this a good offer?

I have my P&C license, work at an insurance agency in houston and I make 60k a year. I’ve been in insurance 12 yrs. Is that a decent salary?, I’ve never really looked around at other agencies.

The candidates mostly say that I am looking for salary based on market standard.

Even after lot of insights gathered, no one can define the market standard with exact formula, because the term is very vague.
