I got an offer from Cognizant but before making any decision I would like to have a discussion with HR. Any idea how can I contact HRs? The HR emails mentioned in the offer letter and pre-onboarding emails are not replying at all.

Does FAANG / MANGA check for DS/Algo/Sys-Design knowledge while interviewing experienced developers of about 6+ years? Or Would it be any different?

Hi guys! I had an interview last Saturday with the CEO for an EA role (that was the 3rd interview). The company rushed the process for me because they knew I had another offer. The first 2 interviews went extremely well that’s why they rushed & asked the ceo to interview me on a Sat. morning. Huge common point: The CEO and I are both French. The interview went kinda weird… it was less than 15min. Looked distracted/ not prepared. When I asked him questions he barely elaborated. Comments⬇️

Is 5 YOE considered entry level or associate? When I apply to associate level jobs I get nothing but rejections. And all the entry level jobs call for new grads or people with under 3 YOE.
