I got an offer from epam anywhere with 18lpa package.7 YOE. But they are deferring my joining date. Meanwhile I had already resigned from my current company where i am critical resource(tcs). They want to retain me now. I don't know what to do now. They have not updated to me the compensation which they are going to offer. I am already scared to negotiate as epam has deferred my joining date. Any suggestions/ help . Thanks in advance
