I got an offer letter from TCS, first thing I noticed it’s written Offer: Computer Consultancy. My doubt is whether I will be on permanent payroll with TCS or it is contractual. No where in offer letter it’s written any terms of contract. Please guide and suggest.

I also got the offer last week. It is just a heading it shown on top right. Probably some other details. Everywhere else it Tata Consultancy Limited right. So I guess nothing else matters

Hi, when did u appear for interview?

Last month

No issues, it's their format. They write computer consultancy in the offer letter.

As long as you have not interviewed for a contract job, you don't need to worry. Consultant is one of the designations in TCS hierarchy which is probably why it's mentioned in the offer letter.

Hello all
I am a biology graduate. I worked in cancer research and development for more than two years. Recently moved to Canada, and now I'm wanting to transition into clinical research.
Most jobs I find online ask for atleast 2 years clinical experience.
Does anyone have any tips on how to procure this experience? Should I invest in a course? Or should I volunteer at a CRO?
I recently got offered a clinical admin position, would this count as clinical exp?
Thanks

How do I know if I have OCD or if I am just struggling with anxiety? I frequently wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat because I’m worried I messed something up. Or if I forget to leave a tickmark somewhere, I can’t stop thinking about it until I fix it. I know at the end of the day, this is just a job but I can’t shake these feelings. Anybody else have this issue?

Hey y'all,

I've recently accepted a job offer from Amazon. I went to put in my notice to my current employer and they are preparing a counteroffer.

I'd like to hear people's experiences on their thought process if they encountered something similar. Startup vs large company? Large growth opportunity vs more stability, higher comp, and brand recognition? Any advice would be great.

How or where do you find a good teammate as a female junior creative? I come from quite an autonomous advertising study and most of the women there don't want to pursue a career in advertising. But when I try to or am teamed up with a guy, they've often already found another male creative. It just seems like I keep missing out on a good creative team in which we can share a great energy and grow together as well as individually.
