I am a biology graduate. I worked in cancer research and development for more than two years. Recently moved to Canada, and now I'm wanting to transition into clinical research.
Most jobs I find online ask for atleast 2 years clinical experience.
Does anyone have any tips on how to procure this experience? Should I invest in a course? Or should I volunteer at a CRO?
I recently got offered a clinical admin position, would this count as clinical exp?

How do I know if I have OCD or if I am just struggling with anxiety? I frequently wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat because I’m worried I messed something up. Or if I forget to leave a tickmark somewhere, I can’t stop thinking about it until I fix it. I know at the end of the day, this is just a job but I can’t shake these feelings. Currently working in day shift, TCS is offering for a night shift job, I'm trying to find a day one. I need to move rn, is it ok to get into night shift and then can I move to day shift in TCS. Is that possible? It's a Canadian project for marketing automation. Will i be able to move to another project is my ask. Also what would be the night shift allowance? Hi all need small information. I was given a role of senior associate consultant in infosys. I came across that Infosys has a role called specialist programmer where they will be given only dev projects or they will be working on latest tech stack. Is the specialist programmer role better than senior associate consultant. If any one has any idea can you please let me know. Infosys
