Hi friends. I have 6.5 yrs experience in testing. I have a doubt, during my HR round I did salary negotiation and got offer letter with 8Lpa. My company provided me the same offer to retain me. I told the same thing to the HR 2nd time he revised the offer letter with 10 Lpa and sent . Still I feel my salary is low for 6.5 yrs experience. Shall I ask him to negotiate the salary 3rd time. Is that ok to ask? This will work or not????
