Hi fishes, Help me decide which one to go with.
Yoe: 12+
EY GDS: 25 lpa fixed Senior consultant Level 2
Conduent: 34lpa (no variable pay) Senior Manager C08
I'm not sure if EY can match the offer but I'm inclined towards Conduent as they're offering a better role.
Should I go with the big 4 with lower designation or a smaller company with a better role that suits my experience?

Have you ever recorded yourself during an interview or practiced your answers beforehand? I was in the same boat recently and it took me almost 9 months to get the offer here at ACN
I’m right there with you! Hang in there! Something great will come along.
Very sorry to hear about your rejection especially because of how you felt about the job.
Depending on the position, recruiters may receive applications and interviews from extremely qualified candidates.
Sometimes if you reach out through email or phone, let them know how you feel, they may provide feedback on your interview.
Same boat! The company provided a feedback call which is nice since I know most companies don’t. You can try reaching out to the recruiter to see if you can receive feedback. Sometimes it may not even be you, just that someone else has more experience or closer to their ideal candidate. Good luck!

Just here to say I’m sorry you’re going through this and hopefully the right job match will come sooner rather than later.
It feels like dating. It”s so hard not to take it super personally. I’ve found I get really excited about the job and picture myself in the new role/company which makes the rejection harder.
I’ve started writing out examples for each line item/requirement/theme on the job description. An interview coach also had me write a two-three minute overview of my career so that I have a script and don’t ramble when they say, “tell me about yourself”.
Good luck!
