Sometimes the leadership does not even inform you on the status of a submitted proposal unless we win the work. I get why they are doing it but it would be great if there was an external source/website that would share this info instead of us waiting around to hear from them.

Hi Everyone, need feedback choosing between 2 job offers. 1 as a Consultant at Deloitte and 2 as a Manager at a USAID contractor. (I am currently at a USAID contractor and likely to get into that work at D as well based on several conversations ive had with managers that are staffing those projects; Masters + 2-3 years experience; goals of working in international business, the pay is equal.) Should i choose manager level position at unknown firm or brand recognition at D for lower role?
