I got my green card last year - could I spend some time abroad (2-3 months) without the risk of it being seen as abandonment? In those 2-3 months could I work abroad?

Has anyone done this for a similar timeframe or longer on a green card and still been ok coming back and applying for citizenship when the time comes?

Can someone help me with companies/international opportunities who consider hiring directly from India and provide visa sponsorship?

I’m getting interview burnout during my job search and this being the first time a recruiter followed up by phone instead of email and quickly at that.
