Industry: Company is adding a brand new Data Analytics specialty group to their internal audit department to revamp their audit processes through analytics and automation. Senior role but $155k no busy season

Potentially leaving my current firm right before year end bonus (expecting about 50k). What should I ask the new firm for re signing bonus? 50k? Less/more? Rising 5th year going from one AmLaw100 to another, but new firm is ranked a lot higher (top 40, highest comp scale). No recruiter, so I need to do this myself.
