I have 4.3 yrs of Experience and have been offered Associate Consultant Positionof 14 LPA and Accenture offered Level 10 at 13 LPA with 2.5 Variable. Which one would be better for career prospect and growth. Amd do yiu think the experience i have and position offered is low.

Looking for advice on career pivoting as it has been daunting. I have 10-YOE in public policy in Infrastructure financing, governance strategies and financial mgmt. Given my transferable skills, I have narrowed down my career pivot to :
