Yes you can maximise pf after you join by raising a ticket. Both employer and employee pf will be maximised and deducted from ctc.

For your example, 21L is including 23,400 Employer PF.
Base+HRA+ExecutiveAllowances =A
Employer PF + Gratuity =B

Out of A, employee will pay their 12%of 6L
Then, when employee also pay 12%of6L then the above 23,400 will increase so B component automatically increases, isn't it?

I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.

Company T is paying me way more (twice) than Company B. And I like company T more. However, they want me to start working in February if I get this position. If I end up getting the offer, I will have to quit my internship at Company B, almost immediately after I begin the internship.

How variable pay paid in Infosys.
I'm joining Infy next month and in offer letter I see, 50% of variable pay is guaranteed in first 6 months of probation. Since I will not be eligible for coming year appraisal evaluation, does that mean I won't be getting more than 50% variable pay?
