This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

Just got offer from freshmenu offering only 25% hike(24 Fix & 0 Var) and ready to wait 90D NP. They saying I already got good hike our budget is only 24LPA and we are considering your fixed part. Is it worth accepting offer?
