Is there a such thing as a travel LMT?
How do I stop being so hard on myself?
The real winner at the super bowl is Tams.

2 years clawback is too much. I’d accept 1 year at the max but I personally think you should either ask for a larger retention bonus or negotiate promotion/salary increase
Yeah, I’d prefer the salary increase and promotion to stay for 2 years on paper (of course with additional stipulations, idk if there’s a reorg or something coming). I figure if I did jump to FAANG I would be offered like a 60k pay raise. So I was gonna ask for that understanding they will negotiate it down. I’m a tech consultant that can code, has very good soft skills, have a team of people willing to help me, and actually pretty good at politics. In the midst of also building internal tools and training new folks. These interns tools lead to service offerings yadda yadda.
2 years for 20k lol. Not a chance
Lmao that's disrespectful if anything. I'm 100% leaving if I got that.
Get written documentation of the retention and the clawback. If you need to jump ship, use documents to negotiate sign on. If you are happy hang in there.
Comp is 173, HCOL, M3
Payment for the bonus is a one lump sum, so like 12k or something after taxes
What offering and practice? They are still hanging out RB?
Some people, at least in cyber risk, got a bonus I think in November with the 2nd half coming in march. There was no clawback that I was told of, but I would call it a retention bonus. They said it was for high demand areas and high performers
