Not sure im clear what your concern is?
You should take it as a complement that they don’t need to babysit you.
You don't want to be seen as the person that needs constant coaching. If your work is good the first time, you're doing great. Why are you concerned?
Continued: my 1:1 time with manager has been shrunken down to less than 30 minutes for a month sometimes, and I even had to go to client meeting alone because the leads have to be in the other staff’s meeting. I have to ask for feedback and ask specific questions when I have leads review my work, otherwise I won’t get any coaching, just progress check. I’ve brought this concern to my leads and their responses were I’ve been doing a good job and have been low maintenance so they need to spend more time where they are needed more.
My concern is that I don’t get enough coaching or feedback, even interaction time with the leads. I’ve been heads down doing my own work, not learning much for others. Should it be a concern or this is actually the expectation for me? It’s just seems like the other staff gets a lot of attention and time to work with the leads, should I be concerned or it’s not really comparable? It’s my first project so I have no clue.
Yeah you’re learning more being on your own
So you are able to operate independently and that's a good thing.
