Just recieved a offer from Western Alliance Bank for a Senior Business Analyst role. Comp 100k but the role would be in office. I currently work remote, have unlimited PTO,and a really healthy work life balance but am being underpaid tremendously. The new role seems like it does not have healthy work life balance and many red flags have already come up. I want to grow my skills and wouldn't mind being in office as I do miss being around people. How do I vet the role before accepting?

Take Accenture's offer. The quality of life 35lpa would be able to provide you in India can't be matched by the one you're getting from Canada. And also, nothing like home.
go canada, you will at least save 27.5 annually
I second that, 35 you won’t get full, in hand it may come to 27 and in Canada a person will be able to save for at least getting a property
I hate moving, so if you're excited with the Accenture role and you like living in India, then I wouldn't rock the boat.
Have you ever been to Canada? I don't think I could make the decision to move to an entirely different continent without actually going there first.
I would definitely suggest you moving to Canada since the CAD you are getting are up to the mark as per market canadian, also there will be a better life for you and your family.

What is your YOE and if you are bachelor, you save a lot in CAD. Even if you are married quality of life Canada can’t match India. You get exposure and that further extends your opportunities for other countries if at all your work contract expires.
