I got rejected for an associate position after went through all rounds of interview a couple of months ago. At the same time, I also applied for senior associate position in the same group. Today, I received an email asking my availability for screening interview for the senior position. I never had this experience before so am trying to understand what to do in this situation.

I've got a job offer in australia for 120$ Aud. Pay is good but they reached out to me via LinkedIn now all interviews done. If i accept the offer they will start my visa process. But I couldn't find the company in Google or Glassdoor reviews. It's a new startup kind of consultancy with 10-15 PPL. I can only see few linkedin posts for that company.

Hi all! Is anyone here in Underwriting? Just want some thoughts on this as i’ve recently gotten an offer for an Underwriting Associate position and have never done any salary negotiations before. Does it seem unrealistic for my counter offer to be 12k more than the original offer? Considering that the original offer is roughly 8k less than the market salary. Have an offer from AWS for an L7 Principal PMT role: $215k base + $275k sign on bonus for Year 1 and $215k for year 2 + 5100 RSUs (@ $130 / share). I have talked to 20 plus recruiters maybe 3 have actually gotten me interviews the rest ghost me.
