I am sure this is a question with an obvious answer, but does anyone else just feel absolutely trapped in a job they hate because of their student loans? I’m three years out of law school and I still have $160K in student debt despite making aggressive payments. I work in a larger firm (not big law per se, but 250+ attorneys and big for the market). I am pretty unhappy with my job the vast majority of the time, but I feel like I have no options. $160k at 6% and 7% interest cannot be ignored.

If I'm paying 4% interest and 1.5% property tax. Does that mean property prices have to increase about 5.5% every year for me to break even?

I feel getting a DS job will be slow and time taking for me.
