I have been experiencing major burnout and have been struggling to manage work tasks with my ADHD. I'm in a position that has a lot of interruptions and requires my leadership input on various things leading me to feel constantly overwhelmed. Should I bring this up with HR or my manager? Movement shot of my Lange Saxonia, with the 941.1. This older movement was released in 1995 (the year after the brand revived), and originally included in the 1815 line of watches. It has a 45hr power reserve, and a diameter of 26mm. Unlike most Lange watches, it is not free sprung

Sometimes I wish my watch had an updated mvmt like the Thin (exposed wheels, 72 hr reserve, free sprung), but others am glad to have what is close to the original Lange design, which was revolutionary at the time

Put the Merci on a Forstner Klip bracelet and I love it. Should mention that the bracelet shipped with spring bars that were a fraction of a millimeter too large, but I had other spring bars I was able to use. Other than that happy with the quality and the look.

With the appreciation on my AP Royal Oak, I realized I could actually afford a Patek at retail if I sold it.

Also does anyone have experience with PP ADs? Is it as difficult as Rolex or AP? I'm looking to get their newly released Ref. 6199 Calatrava in white gold with slate dial which shouldn't be as unobtainable as a Nautilus... hopefully.
