I don’t want to short change myself or reach too high. I’m a Consulting SC at D with 10 YoE (experienced hire from government) making $130k now. What I’ve seen online is a massive range from 150s into the 300s. This is a non-tech role. Any insight as to what’s appropriate is appreciated!
