It's a remote position and geographically located in a city comparable to Chicago or Austin (probably in between). There are no data points on levels for my Geo. Basically asking for some ranges I should go in with next week. My thoughts:

RSU: 600-700 (4yr)

I'm going to ask for a sign on since I would miss out on my current bonus this year.
