As everyone knows rents right now are super low. My current apartment in other units is going for about 30% less than what I'm paying. I've been in the same unit for 3 years but can't justify paying as much as I am. I also don't want to move. Anyone think I can drop the rent by 30% I've never been able to get that low. Hello! I’m looking to do a pivot from program management/ops at a non profit to project management (ideally tech). I have my CAPM cert but I don’t think my current role gives me actual PM experience. With people I’ve talked to they say tech companies want PMs with tech backgrounds. Entry level/associate roles seem far and few between in my research.

Anyone have tips on what I can learn to get me toward a PM role in tech? I want to look into Scrum, Agile, Lean. Anything else?

My issue is less with the fact that the word “luscious” is pretty binary. The drizzle is either luscious or it isn’t. My issue is the “a little more” part. So, it’s luscious right now. We want it MORE luscious—but definitely not a lot more, just a little. Otherwise it would be TOO luscious. Can’t have that.

I have seen many people become leisure in notice period and doesn’t bother about co-workers. Now, I am on notice period and want to do same but don’t feel doing it since management sucks and my co-workers will be ones who will feel pressurized as I have been in same place before.
