I graduated college in December with my bachelors in business administration, however it seems I can’t land a job no matter how many jobs I apply too.

Are you getting interviews at least? If no then need to look at your resume. If rejection after interview then it might be your interview skills

like

What kind of jobs are you applying to? It is better to apply to roles that you are a good fit for than a bunch of roles for the sake of doing it. Have you tried connecting with recruiters or people who can help you out with referrals via LinkedIn?

like

Any interviews? If no interviews it's a resume problem or you're punching above your weight class for jobs. If you're getting interviews that go nowhere, it's a you problem.

Have you considered having your resume edited by a professional? Try www.prsnbranding.com .They do a great job with resumes.

If you can't find a referral here, I would try over on Linked in. I usually have good luck over there! Best of luck to you.

Landlord advice - my absentee landlady lives in Russia and is refusing to pay for emergency plumbing that I needed as my kitchen floor was flooded with gunk from the pipes (blockage in the pipes). I moved into the place ~6mo ago and the blockage was most likely due to issues preceding my stay here. The contract states that the landlord is responsible for emergency repairs - but she's just flat out refusing. What recourses do I have in this situation?

Anyone know a bit about photography? A friend was approached by a client interested in her photography. 1–Client’s asking her how much she’d charge to license 10 images for 1 year. For online use on the client website and on the client’s phone application.
2–Also, client is also requesting a price for a buyout of those images (for use in perpetuity in all media). The photographer doesn’t have experience pricing this, any tips or POV?

Is it worth obtaining a CPA license in today’s environment? I keep seeing posts about how accounting isn’t what it used to be anymore and other career paths are now making more money and working less than those in accounting. Hi all, I interned at IBM Cloud this past summer and had an overall very positive experience. I’ve received an offer from IBM consulting to come in as an Associate Offering Manager. The offer is 77k base + 10k signing bonus. From my point of view, this is a strong offer, but not quite what I was aiming for. I’m in my final year of school and will have a B.S. in Information Systems & Business Analytics. Is this a good offer? Or should I look elsewhere?

How to increase chances of a co-op or internship getting converted into a full-time position?

Here's a quick tip
💡 Use Google’s XYZ formula: "Accomplished [X] as measured by [Y], by doing [Z]."

💡 Example: Instead of saying "worked with team members on project", say "Collaborated with 5+ analysts on go-to-market strategy by researching 20+ cities across the United States, resulting in an ARR of $1M."

💡 Last but not least, keep it concise. One or two pages max

I’m a bio PhD student at MIT (for ugrad, went to top 3 LAC, majored in bio). I landed an offer as an associate at McKinsey. I am open to staying at McK for a while, but wonder if after 2-3 yrs it’s worth pursuing an MBA from a top b-school. Not sure if opportunity cost (spend 200K+ on MBA, lose on potential EM salary) is worth the generalist degree/MBA network that may balance the hyper specialized experience I’ve had, and if it would help with long term career likely in pharma and/or biotech VC
