I graduated from undergrad last May and have been in an industry role over the past 8 months. If I apply to MBB now will I be considered as an “experienced hire” or should I reach out to campus recruiting this fall? What should I know about re-applying after not making through the first/final rounds of interviews last year?

You’ll be considered an experienced hire, although you’d likely enter at the entry level role. I don’t think campus recruiting would be an option. Referrals are probably your best bet. If you still have the contact info of recruiters you were speaking to last time around I think it’d be perfectly fine to reach out to them as well.

This is all correct for BCG as well

Same here. You'd enter on the consulting services side as a business analyst if under 3-ish years of professional experience. Which represents an excellent role, at our firm and others.

Referral helps for non-campus hires

You would come in like after UG. If you want to come in a level higher (ASC), I believe you need at least 2 years of experience

Try more like 5 lol

Recently interviewed at Adobe, it was great. Even the senior designer I was connected with escalated it a lot. But then suddenly after the last interview, I haven’t heard in a week from them even after multiple follow ups. Recruiter said she will reach out on Monday, but even Tuesday passed now. Should I wait a week or move on for other offers?

Okay so I’m a newly licensed attorney in a very conservative part of TX. I just got my first job offer and I was worried at first thinking that I was in “Trump” territory, but I tested the waters in my interview and spoke about police injustices and how prosecutor’s job is not only to protect victims, but also defendants from police injustices. I have to let them know by tomorrow, but thoughts on if this is a good career move for someone who wants to work in transactional work-RE or Bankruptcy?

Received ECT AD in ops at BCG. I have two questions:
1. Is it difficult for these roles to get utilization/billability targets?
2. If I work for say 3-5 years, opportunity for good industry exits?

Background - 15 YOE. Currently Director at global firm. I am not looking to become an equity partner and happy to focus on content and interesting work. Main reason to join is opportunity to work and learn from different clients, smart people and good brand. Feedback/guidance/insights welcome!

Is it easy to get into either of MBB in another country, let’s say Russia or UAE, with a degree from a US non-target yet good school? I would assume a US degree will be much more coveted than any local degree. I can work in either countries as well as US, and I would love to leverage that to get ‘MBB’ on my resume if that can be pulled off lol I’m not sure if the quality of experience will be the same.
